Comment : The shower was ridiculously small even another 6 inches in one directions would have helped, but it was clean and in the room.
I would have preferred to have been able to dish out my own cereal and fruit. I would have preferred brewed coffee to instant, but the tea was good.
The staff were all very helpful and friendly, the room was very clean and a good size for London. The hotel is in a very convenient location, I would probably stay there again.

Comment : L'hôtel très bien situé près des transports mais dans une rue calme !Propre, mobilier de confort, literie impeccable. L'internet gratuit , Le bouilloire est prêt à servir, café et thé à volonté.le petit déjeuner est copieux et très savoureux!
Le personnel est attentive, très gentil . Ils ont même des parapluies à la disposition des clients ;-) ! Nous sommes ravis! Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable . Nous y reviendrons !

Comment : I was visiting the Earl's Court Exhibition Centre and it really could not be better placed - close to the Tube station and all the restaurants whilst up a quiet and quite smart street. The welcome was extremely courteous and very efficient and they helpfully stored my bag both before and after I had checked out while I was at the exhibition. My room had a small balcony overlooking a little garden which was a pleasant bonus. The breakfast room was full when I went down at 9.10 but when I went down again ten minutes later there was a table already waiting for me (immaculately laid) and in fact I just beat the proprietor who had noted that I had gone away and was about to phone my room to let me know the table was ready - excellent service as I had not even requested this.

Comment : Small hotel, but very clean .Great location with couple of min walking distance to tube which will take you everywhere. Breakfast room is very nice with fully table setting. The food is simple, but well prepared. Staffs are very helpful. There are hairdryer, coffee maker in the room, and they offer free internet downs stairs in the computer room. The price is high compare to US hotel, but it may be good for London in June. We will recommend it to friendsS

Comment : Situation idéale, rue calme, personnel correct et prévenant. Un conseil: voiture à banir impérativement de Londres - parking interdit dans la rue pour les non résidents - parkings payants très chers et peu nombreux, sans oublier la taxe routière à acquitter dans les 24h00 pour rentrer dans Londres ....une vraie galère, vive l'eurostar !!
