Comment : Gave me room early at 9.30am. Very clean and warm room. Comfortable bed and clean fluffy towels. Free WiFi is good plus point and very near 2 tube stations. Also free luggage storage and safe deposit box. Overall staff are well trained and professional.

Comment : Notre chambre était vraiment petite, il faisait froid dans la salle de bains (mauvaise isolation au niveau de la petite vitre) et on entendait fort la sonnerie de l'ascenseur proche et les pas dans la chambre au-dessus.

Comment : Les peintures étaient très usées et écaillées dans la salle de bain et dans la chambre (boiseries et murs) et la fenêtre était très abimée. Au vu du prix affiché de la chambre 160£ on est en droit d'attendre un niveau d'entretien supérieur. Malgré tout la chambre était confortabe et la literie très bonne. Un bon séjour.

Comment : It took us half an hour to find our room. We had to lug our lugguage twice up and down the elevator before we were directed to another staircase down the basement with no elevator. It was frustrating.
