Comment : The room we had was tiny (compared to other London hotels we have stayed in). We ate in the restaurant. We ordered but the waiter brought the wrong food for my husband so he took it back when he returned with the correct food my meal was cold so I had to send it back. Not what I would expect from a reasonable restaurant. I have to say the front desk staff were first class - very friendly at all times.

Comment : J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'hôtel. L'accueil très aimable et la disponibilité du personnel. Prise en charge immédiate, pas d'attente, garde des bagages si besoin (gratuite ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas...). Il n'y avait pas d'oeufs brouillés à la carte du petit-déjeuner, j'ai demandé si c'était possible d'en avoir et je les ai eus ! (sans supplément). Très bonne localisation dans Kensington, métro à proximité (10 mn). Chambre impeccable, mini bar bien approvisionné et surtout très bonne qualité d'isolation compte tenu de l'immeuble ancien (mais très bien rénové). Salle d'eau avec douche et toilettes impeccable et toutes fournitures cosmétiques fournies. Il est à noter une planche à repasser et un fer électrique vapeur dans un placard de la chambre... et ça, on adore !

Comment : Deluxe room for 2 adults & 1 child too small-however hptel managed to change room nights 2 & 3.
Cream carpets could do with a clean to remove stains.
Receptionist/concierge/waiting staff all excellent-very friendly & helpfu. Wouls stay again & recommend.

Comment : Tea making facilities would be very welcome. The room is lovely but very small (Room 103). OK for one night but a bit claustrophobic for a longer stay

Comment : The room we first got (wonderful double) was very very small, and the bed too. Later we got a bigger room, with a much higher tariff, but still we found the double bed was very very minimal. We're both no big people, but still...

Comment : The staff was very friendly and professional. Thomas provided help in securing a dinner reservation when I could not. Trevor was extremely helpful in assisting us with traveling around the city.
