Comment : le chauffage est une option dans l hotel, en plein hiver c est pas genial! Heureusement le receptionniste a été tres gentil et nous a donné son chauffage d appoint. De plus aucune personne de l hotel parlent francais... Dommage!

Comment : The breakfast doesn't worth the money asked. The room was situated in front of the entrance to the breakfast room and every single man passing was a source of the noise and disturbance.

Comment : quelques sourires en plus au petit-déjeuner seraient les bienvenus
l'accueil à l'entrée de l'hôtel laisse franchement à désirer, quelques rudiments de français (ou autre lantgue) pour répondre à un questionnement des hôtes
quelques documentations, horaires de bus, métro, bons pubs ou resto recommandés... seraient les bienvenus

Comment : Personnel très peu accueillant à la réception, que ce soit le matin, l'après-midi, le soir ou la nuit !!! Chambre spacieuse pour 3 adultes, mais petite salle de bain, avec un lavabo minuscule, digne d'être dans des toilettes. Pas de sèche-cheveux.
Un matin nous nous sommes faits jeter au petit déjeuner, car arrivés à 9H37. "Breakfast finished !" Heureusement nous ne nous sommes pas laissés intimider, mais il ne restait pratiquement plus rien au buffet !

Comment : L'hotel St Giles n'a aucun caractère. Il est bruyant, mal isolé de l'extérieur, tous les ascenseurs ne sont pas fonctionnels en même temps, on attend pour monter, descendre ou accéder au petit déjeuner.
